PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat exchanger for performing good heat exchange between engine cooling water and oil. SOLUTION: An automobile radiator 200 comprises a plurality of tubes 210, a radiator tank 220b communicated with the plurality of tubes 210, and an oil cooler 100 arranged in the radiator tank 220b for heat exchange between the engine cooling water and the oil. The oil cooler 100 is fixed to the side of an inner wall 221 to form a gap S between the inner wall 221 and an inner wall 222 opposed thereto. A guide plate 300 is provided to block all region between the oil cooler 100 and the inner wall 222 for guiding the engine cooling water from the side of the gap S to the side of the oil cooler 100. As the guide plate 300 is provided to block all region between the oil cooler 100 and the inner wall 222, much engine cooling water can pass through the oil cooler 100. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
