PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To supply steam only to a necessary part according to each operation mode including a cooking mode or the like. SOLUTION: A steam injection pipe is mounted on a central steam supply pipe 94 of a dish-shaped case 51, and non-superheated steam from the central steam supply pipe 94 is spouted into a heating chamber 20. Blowing openings of three inner nozzles 45 are provided with dampers 113, and opening and closing of the blowing openings of the inner nozzles 45 are independently controlled according to each operation mode by three sheets of cams 117 mounted on one cam shaft 116. Thus the non-superheated steam and superheated steam can be supplied only to the necessary part in accordance with "steaming and heating mode" by non-superheated steam from the steam injection pipe, "water oven mode" by the superheated steam from the dish-shaped case 51, and "exhaust mode" for discharging the steam in the heating chamber 20.
