PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote vehicle diagnosis system capable of arbitrarily and simply changing a transmission condition from a vehicle outside in transmission of data relating to a vehicle in vehicle diagnosis. SOLUTION: A center 20 can instruct the transmission condition when data relating to a vehicle is transmitted. A vehicle diagnosis device 40 receives the transmission condition instructed by the center 20 in a data process part 41 and instructs an apparatus control ECU 42 to rewrite the transmission condition.
