PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable printing of a plurality of sheets of labels with a width smaller than a width of a tape by using the tape which has a half cutting line extended in a longitudinal direction. SOLUTION: In an input process of a printing form, a setting screen of copy printing is displayed in S70 to make a user set whether or not to carry out copy printing, and the number of sets or number of sheets to be copied in the case of copy printing. Then, the apparatus moves to S71, where it is judged whether or not a value stored in a total number of sets (total number of sheets) 146 of a RAM 14 is 1. When the total number of sets (total number of sheets) 146 is 1, the printing form input process is terminated, and the apparatus returns to Fig.14. If the total number of sets (total number of sheets) 146 is not 1, the apparatus moves to S72, and displays a setting screen of numbering to make the user select whether or not to carry out numbering printing.
