BUFF MOUNTING STRUCTURE IN HALF-SPLIT TYPE BUFFING ROLL AND ITS FORMING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a strong fastening structure with a buffing material concerning a core fitting to be a mounting base of the buffing material on a half-split type polishing roll. SOLUTION: The core fitting 2 and the buffing material 3 are fastened through an adhesive applied on an outside surface of the half-split core fitting 2 and in vertical grooves by providing a plurality of the grooves in the axial direction of the outside surface of the half-split core fitting 2 on a buffing roll R constituted of the half-split core fitting 2 and the half-split buffing material 3 fitted on an outer peripheral surface of the core fitting 2.
