PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a control system, changing a tool holder in advance in the course of machining to reduce the tool holder change time, which causes stopping of the machine, and easily attaining the operational timing of a tool holder changer and the machining tool. SOLUTION: This control system controls the machining equipment including: a punch press 1 provided with a plurality of tool holders 7 to be changed; an external tool holder magazine 6; and a tool holder changer 3 for automatically changing the tool holders 7 between the external tool holder magazine 6 and the punch press 1, wherein the control system further includes a schedule creating device 34, changer operation information 44 which is the information of the tool holer 7 to be changed by the tool holder changer 3 is created in response to a transfer request F3 to create the change operation information sent to a changer control device 32, and the tool change is controlled according to the sent changer operation information 44.
