PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for cleaning a fluid capable of removing an organic component to be removed in a fluid using a simple treatment system. SOLUTION: The method for cleaning a fluid comprises the step of bringing a fluid containing the organic component to be removed into contact with a polymer foam to capture the component in the polymer foam.
