PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasonographic apparatus, allowing continuous observation of the change made by a contrast agent, even if bubbles as the contrast agent are broken by sound pressure. SOLUTION: This ultrasonographic apparatus includes: a differential image data output means 6 for taking image data based upon sound ray data as a first input data and outputting a differential image data between the first input data and a second input data; a differential image data storage means 10 for storing differential image data output one data before by the differential image data output means and inputting the same as the second input data to the differential image data output means; an image creating means 7 for creating a synthetic image including a part corresponding to the differential image data and a part corresponding to the image data stored in an image memory 5 in a discriminating display mode; and a display means 8 for displaying the synthetic image.
