PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable to diagnose the presence or absence of angiostenosis and the position with high accuracy. SOLUTION: Pulse wave and blood pressure are detected by cuffs 2a-2d mounted on the superior and inferior limbs of a test subject P and are recorded to a pulse wave storing means 5a-5d and a blood pressure storing means 6a-6d respectively, and the recorded pulse wave and blood pressure are corrected by pulse wave correcting means 7a-7d so that the minimum and maximum values of the blood pressure in wave pulse are corrected to become the minimum and maximum values of blood pressure stored by the blood pressure storing means 6a-6d. The index output means 8 compares the above corrected wave pulses of the mounting positions of different cuffs 2a-2d and the rising anglesθof the corrected wave pulses, and detects the second and third peaks from the corrected pulse wave of the inferior limb, outputs an index as a judging material for the presence or absence of angiostenosis, and an analyzing means 9 analyzes the presence or absence of angiostenosis and the position from this index.
