The system has a personal computer (PC)-housing (15) which is filled with liquid e.g. oil (3), and is designed in a water proof manner. PC-components, mainboard, processor, printed circuit boards and other components are fastened at a frame. A cover closes an upper opening of the housing, and a sealing is provided between the cover and a wall of the opening. Current and data line cable guidance openings are provided at the cover/wall.
