A vibration and sound generating device and a yoke thereof are provided to reduce the volume by improving vibration and speaker performances. In a vibration and sound generating device, a vibration unit(30) is separated from a sound diaphragm(10) by a predetermined distance, and is composed of a magnet(31) and a yoke. A suspension(50) supports the vibration unit(30) elastically. A supporting unit(71) supports the sound diaphragm(10) and the suspension(50). A voice coil(91) drives the sound diaphragm(10) and the vibration unit(30) electromagnetically.
