A visual advertising apparatus for gateways is provided to increase brightness of an advertising image by focusing light, which is horizontally diffused in 180‹range, into a range of 4.5 to 20‹. A visual advertising apparatus for gateways includes a screen(1) and a projector(2). Light from the projector, which is projected from a focal point of the screen, propagates in a straight direction along a reflection line(x) caused by the curvature of the screen, so that hot spots are removed. An incident image is diffused at a horizontal scattering angle and a vertical scattering angle(&ang90;y) about the reflection line, so that a viewing angle is reduced between focus scattering lines(y) and scattered in a unit of image pixel again. The screen is coupled to various gateways, such as a cashier position(6), an entrance to a store, and an elevator. |
