A wing lock device is provided to prevent interference between an arm and a holding piece in opening a wing by moving a slider from a holding piece mount before the wing is rotated. A holding piece mount, which receives a holding piece(112) of a wing, is installed on a base(1). A slider(4), which is vertically moved about the holding piece mount, is inserted into a guide portion of the base. A lever handle(5) is pivot-supported on a base stage by a first horizontal shaft(6). A push arm, which rotates at the front portion of the base, is pivot-supported on the slider by a second horizontal shaft(8). When the slider is raised toward the holding piece mount, the lever handle is rotated and obliquely raised, so that the push arm is rotated and obliquely raised, and a holding piece is released from one end of the arm. The slider is returned to a low position, which is apart from the holding piece mount, when the push arm is released.
