<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rapidly solidified alloy for iron base rare earth nano composite magnet. <P>SOLUTION: A molten metal of the alloy whose composition formula is expressed by (Fe<SB>1-n</SB>T<SB>n</SB>)<SB>100-x-y-z-m</SB>Q<SB>x</SB>R<SB>y</SB>Ti<SB>z</SB>M<SB>m</SB>(however, T is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Co and Ni, Q is at least one element selected from a group consisting of B and C, R is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Y and a rare earth element, and M is at least one element selected from a group consisting of Zr, Nb, V, Cr, Ta, Hf, Si, Al, Ga, Cu, Ag, Au, Sn, Pb, In and Bi); and whose composition ratios (x), (y), (z), (m) and (n) satisfy 10≤x≤15 atom%, 6≤y≤10 atom%, 0.1≤z≤10 atom%, 0≤m≤6 atom% and 0≤n≤0.5 is prepared, and it is rapidly cooled at cooling speed of not less than 1×10<SP>2</SP>°C. The obtained rapidly solidified alloy is selected at a reference that magnetization when an external magnetic field is -200 kA/m is not less than -0.4 T, and a system is advanced to a next process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
