<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a positive photosensitive lithographic printing original plate which excels in inking property of an image area, provides good prints, and suppresses the occurrence of deposits such as development scum and sludge in a developer even when continuously processed to make a printing plate. <P>SOLUTION: The lithographic printing original plate has on a support a recording layer containing a high molecular compound containing (1) a monomer represented by formula (1), (2) a monomer represented by formula (2) and (3) a monomer having one of the following structures (A)-(C) as copolymerized components and an infrared absorbing agent; (A) is -[CO-W-R<SP>1</SP>]; (B) is -[O-CO-R<SP>1</SP>]; (C) is -[U]; wherein W represents oxygen or -NR<SP>2</SP>-; R<SP>1</SP>represents alkyl or aryl; and U represents aryl, alkoxy or the like. In the formula (1), Rf represents a substituent containing a fluoroalkyl or perfluoroalkyl group having ≥9 fluorine atoms and n represents an integer of 1-3.
