BLOCKING AGENT FOR PIGMENT SENSITIZATION TYPE BIOSENSOR

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a blocking agent for working electrode processing capable of improving greatly detection sensitivity of a test material in specific detection of the test material using a photoelectric current generated by photoexcitation of a sensitizing pigment.

SOLUTION: A molecule including a phosphoric acid group in a molecular skeleton is used as the blocking agent used in the contact state with a working electrode 3 used for the specific detection of the test material 1 using the photoelectric current generated by photoexcitation of the sensitizing pigment 2, thereby greatly improving the detection sensitivity of the test material.
