<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for hybridization, etc., capable of suppressing the adsorption of a specimen such as a sample DNA to electrodes and eliminating the influence of gas generated from the electrodes on hybridization. <P>SOLUTION: The cartridge 1 for hybridization comprises a plate-like chip supporting element 18 supporting a gel-holding chip 26 provided with a through hole 28, a first chamber 32 provided adjacently to one side of the chip supporting element so that at least part of the chamber 32 stand against the through hole, a first semipermeable membrane 14 disposed so as to stand against the through hole at the side opposite to the chip supporting element of the first chamber 32, a second chamber 34 provided adjacently to the other side of the chip supporting element so that at least part of the chamber 34 stand against the through hole, and a second semipermeable membrane 16 disposed so as to stand against the through hole at the side opposite to the chip supporting element of the second chamber 34. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
