PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary drum device capable of reducing the number of components for holding a sheet coil 16 in a fixed drum 11 and the number of assembling steps. SOLUTION: A circumference-shaped groove part 11a is disposed in a fixed drum 11, and a projected part 16a is disposed in the outer peripheral part of a sheet coil 16. When the sheet coil 16 is inserted and held in the fixed drum 11, the projected part 16a is inserted into the circumference-shaped groove part 11a to hold the sheet coil 16 in the fixed drum 11.
