PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voice input device capable of preventing a speaking in an incomplete contact state and accurately collecting speaking voices. SOLUTION: When performing voice inputting using a contact type microphone which is used in contact with a human body to collect intra-body conduction sounds of human speaking voice, the contact state of the contact type microphone to the human body is detected and the detected contact state is notified.
