PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inter-vehicle communication system for informing a driver of the presence of a moving body that an own vehicle could not detect. SOLUTION: The inter-vehicle communication system, where vehicles communicate each other, comprises cameras 11, 11 that are provided for each vehicle and image the periphery of the vehicle; an object detection section 32 for detecting an object from the image imaged by the cameras 11, 11; a display 20 that is provided for each vehicle for displaying an image; an image data generation section 41a that is provided for each vehicle for generating image data to be output on the display 20 of the vehicle; and a transceiver 19 that is provided for each vehicle for transmitting and receiving data. The image data generation section 41a of one vehicle generates image data for displaying the presence of a moving body detected by a mobing body detection means 32 of other vehicles for outputting on the display 20.
