PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laminate for use in a lithium cell having a type constituted so as to thermally bond the metal terminals, which are respectively connected to the positive and negative electrodes of a lithium cell main body, in a state protruded to the outside to hermetically seal them and excellent in physical properties such as electrolytic solution resistance, a corrosion resistance or the like. SOLUTION: The laminate is constituted by successively laminating at least a base material layer, an aluminum foil, a chemical forming treatment layer, a fluorine type adhesive layer and a thermal adhesive resin layer. The fluorine type adhesive layer is formed of a composition prepared by compounding a fluorine-containing copolymer containing a hydroxy group with a curing agent reacting with the fluorine-containing copolymer and the curing agent is composed of two kinds of curing agents, that is, a first curing agent comprising an organic polyisocyanate compound and a second curing agent comprising a diisocyanate compound.
