PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filtering device having a plurality of filtering portions and an optical lens apparatus having the filtering device. SOLUTION: The filtering device 220 comprises a round filtering portion 222 and at least one annular filtering portion 224. The round filtering portion 222 and the annular filtering portion 224 form a round zone. A wavelength range of light transmitted through the round filter portion 222 is larger than a wavelength range of light transmitted through the annular filter portion 224.
