PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid developer container designed such that a filter is prevented from getting wet with liquid developer due to a storage condition when the liquid developer is replenished, also, the filter is prevented from getting wet when toner and liquid carrier are mixed by shaking a container body after storage for a long period, and the liquid developer can be satisfactorily discharged. SOLUTION: In the container 10, the container body 20 storing the liquid developer A has a discharging port 21 through which the liquid developer A is discharged. The container body 20 is provided with a ventilation window 24 covered with a sheet member 28. The container 10 has a ventilation device 40 attached to the ventilation window 24 and having a filter 46 through which air can be passed from outside the container body 20.
