PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high-rigidity floor structure using structural plywood, which can make a beam for use lower, while securing the rigidity of a horizontal plane by using the structural plywood, and which enables the structural plywood to be easily joined to the beam. SOLUTION: A composite beam 4, wherein a wooden beam 2 and a steel beam 3 are combined and integrated together, is provided on the undersurface side of the side edge of the structural plywood 1; the structural plywood 1 is joined to the wooden beam 2 of the composite beam 4; the composite beams 4 and 4 on the undersurface side of the adjacent side edges of the adjacent sheets 1 and 1 of structural plywood are integrally bound by means of a bolt 6, so as to form a large composite beam 8. Preferably, the floor is constructed on a job site by using a floor panel 8 where the composite beam 4 is provided on the undersurface side of the side edge of the structural plywood 1.
