PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable inspection window device facilitating inspection work of internal equipment from the outside of a facility, easily cleaning a window part from the outside of the facility and positively preventing a situation where seawater is splashed to the outside of the facility. SOLUTION: In this movable inspection window device, transparent louvers 1 formed in rectangular shape are mounted in a vertically turnable manner to window frames P1, P2, P3 provided at the side faces of the facility equipped with equipment on which water drops of seawater or the like are splashed. The movable inspection window device is provided in the facility equipped with vaporizer equipment for vaporizing liquefied fuel by allowing seawater overflowing from a trough installed on both end sides above the vaporizer, to flow down to the side face of the vaporizer, and the transparent louvers 1 formed in rectangular shape are mounted in the vertically turnable manner to the window frames P1, P2, P3, P4 provided at the side faces of the facility in which the vaporizer is stored.
