PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device capable of raising and lowering the air pressure within the practical range even during running. SOLUTION: A tire air pressure adjusting machine is structured so that the adjusting device is secured to the wheel surface in the air chamber of a tire using a belt and a positive and a negative pressure are generated in a semi-circular cylinder to work on the injector principle by actuating a motor etc. with remote control externally so that an arm is moved, and thereby the tire air pressure is changed by changing the capacity of the tire air chamber.
