PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate drawing-up of an anchor of different type which is cast onto a sea ground even in the condition that the anchor has bitten into a rock etc. at the ground. SOLUTION: The body 1 of this cover tool made of biodegradable plastics is attached to an anchor Q for mooring a vessel so that it can be fastened to the rock at the sea ground and made possible to separate from the anchor Q by applying a forced traction force to the anchor Q. The body 1 of the cover tool is equipped with a pawl-shaped projection 3 for fastening to the rock at the ground and a flexible surface part in mesh form for giving flexibility to the body 1.
