PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steering damper mounting structure in which a steering damper is arranged behind a head pipe in a compact manner while suppressing the influence on an intake duct penetrating through a part in the vicinity of the head pipe of a vehicle body frame. SOLUTION: A steering damper 100 is arranged between right and left main frames 7 of a vehicle body frame 5, and arranged above an intake duct 80 penetrating a part in the vicinity of a head pipe 6 of the vehicle body frame 5.
