PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the design properties of a molded ring-shaped product by suppressing the development of a weldline in the case of the injection molding of the ring-shaped product made of a resin. SOLUTION: A fan gate 25 is formed so as to expand into a fan shape toward a cavity 15. The leading end part of the fan gate 25 in a mold closed state is formed into an arcuate shape largely facing to the cavity 15 at its central part but gradually small facing thereto toward both ends thereof. A thermoplastic resin containing a glossy material is injected in the cavity 15 from the fan gate 25 to mold the ring-shaped product. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
