An apparatus for manufacturing an electronic component using an interposer has a high degree of freedom in installation and a high manufacturing efficiency. The electronic component manufacturing apparatus (1) is provided with a converter unit (3) for arranging an interposer (50) on a surface of base circuit sheet, and an interposer supplying unit (2) for supplying the interposer (50) toward the converter unit (3) by continuously transferring a carrier (21) holding the interposer (50). The interposer supplying unit (2) is provided with the carrier (21) for holding the interposer (50) and transfers the interposer (50) through the carrier (21).
