A method for forming an internal electrode of a predetermined pattern comprising a step for forming a conductor layer (12) by applying a metal paste principally comprising a metal powder onto a first support (20), a step for forming a resin layer (13) of a negative pattern to the predetermined internal electrode pattern on a second support (30), a step for pressure-bonding the conductor layer (12) on the first support (20) with the resin layer (13) on the second support (30) while having them so arranged in layers as to face each other, and a step for separating the second support (30) from the pressure-bonded first support (20) wherein the predetermined internal electrode pattern (14) is formed on the first support (20) by transferring a conductor layer (121) of the negative pattern onto the second support (30). An extremely flat internal electrode pattern can be formed in a predetermined shape with high precision while suppressing variation in thickness.
