A variable core of an injection-molding mold is provided to minimize damage to the mold due to a movement of the mold by the operation in which only the core is moved to the inner and outer sides of a side surface of a case member. A variable core of an injection-molding mold includes a case member(30), a core driving member(40), and a fixing member(90). The case member is installed in a lower mold and forms a space portion in the interior thereof. The side surface of the case member makes contact with a rib. The core driving member allows the core to selectively protrude to the side surface of the case member. The fixing member maintains the stopped state of the core moved by the core drive member.
