摘要 A crushing ring having high durability by densifying shape and structure of a metal flow formed in the crushing ring by a forging process is provided to prolong life of an excavator cutter using an improved crushing ring and prolong life of the crushing ring. A method for manufacturing a crushing ring of an excavator by a forging method comprises: a material heating process of injecting a material into a heating tank in which a temperature of a metallic material to be produced as a crushing ring is held to 670 deg.C, raising a temperature of the heating tank to increase a temperature of the material to 1,150 deg.C within 30 minutes, and holding the temperature increased material at 1,150 deg.C for 60 minutes; a forging process of performing a forging operation in a temperature range in which a temperature of the material is held to 930 deg.C or higher by starting forging of the material through punching at the material temperature of 1,150 deg.C, wherein a punching tool such an ordinary counterblow hammer is used as a punching equipment to perform the forging operation; and a cooling process of cooling the material by lowering a temperature of the forged material and holding a temperature of the material to 870 deg.C for two hours.
