The invention relates to a production method for a highly-soluble calcium compound, comprising lactate (C303H5)<->, malate (C405H4)<2-> and calcium (Ca<2+>), represented by the molecular formula: Ca<2+ >(C3O3H5)<->x (C405H4)<2->y, where x and y give the molar ratios respectively of lactate and malate based on 1 mole of calcium in said calcium lactate malate compound and x is in the range 1.7 1.98, y is in the range 0.15 0.05 and x + 2y = 2. The invention relates to said calcium lactate malate compound and use thereof for the production of foodstuffs, said foodstuffs themselves and the use of the calcium malate lactate compound for the production of pharmaceutical preparations, in particular, for the treatment of osteoporosis. |
