Stackable double-walled paperboard cups each have a top lip 3 and a shoulder 10 below the lip which is abutted and supported by the lip of the cup below in a stack of the cups, thus also enabling easy de-stacking of the cups. The outer wall 2 of the cup is spaced from the inner wall 31, attached thereto at 29 below the top lip 3 and terminating in a rolled lip (6, Figure 1) applied against a lower part of the inner wall 31. The outer wall structure 5 terminating at shoulder 10 is stabilised by means of an inner shoulder 8. A process for manufacture of the cup from paperboard is described. |
