The invention relates to a novel pharmaceutical formulation containing an LTB4 antagonist of formula (I), wherein A, R1, R2, R3, and R 4 have the meaning indicated in claim 1, the pharmacologically acceptable acid addition salt thereof, glycoside, O-sulfate, or glucuronide as an active substance, and at least one optional pharmacologically acceptable auxiliary agent and/or carrier, the active substance being provided as a solid solution or solid dispersion in a polymer matrix. The invention also relates to the production thereof, the use thereof as a medicament, and said solid solutions and dispersions.
