An organic EL(Electro-Luminescence) display device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to increase a manufacturing yield by reducing an error rate of the organic EL display device by securely applying an anisotropy conductive film on a data pad. An organic EL display device has a display region and a non-display region and includes a data line(104), a data pad(124), a scan line(112), a scan pad, and an insulation layer(106). The data line is formed on the display region. The data pad includes a transparent conductive layer and an opaque conductive layer formed on the non-display region. The scan line crosses the data line with the organic light emitting layer between the scan line and the data line within the display region. The scan pad is contacted with the scan line within the non-display region. The insulation layer exposes the non-display region and a region for the organic light emitting layer. The opaque conductive layer of the data pad is contacted with an interface film of the insulation layer. |
