摘要 A wastewater recycling system that improves economic efficiency, suppresses water shortage phenomena and contributes to environmental improvement by retreating wastewater discharged through a primary treatment only and recycling the retreated wastewater as reusing water, thereby recycling resources is provided. A hybrid compound system for recycling reusing water comprises a flow equalization tank, an anoxic tank, a biofilm tank, an MBR(membrane bioreactor)(40), an ozone treatment tank and a discharge tank, wherein the MBR comprises: an inflow pipe through which wastewater treated in the biofilm tank flows into; a screen(401) which is constructed in a mesh structure with an opening of 0.3 to 0.4 mm and spaced from the membrane module to filter adulterations from wastewater; a membrane module(402) which is installed within the MBR, and through which adulteration removed wastewater passes to filter suspended solids; and an air diffuser(200) which is installed under the membrane module, and in which air flown in an diffusion pipe(201) through an air supply pipe(202) is ejected through an ejection pipe(203), wherein the ejection pipe is bent to an acute angle of 30 to 85 degrees of an angle and has a diameter of 0.1 to 3 mm so as to efficiently remove cake on the surface of the membrane module by forming a turbulent flow.
