The invention relates to 2-imidazo-benzothiazoles of general formula wherein R¹, R², R³, R⁴, R⁵, R⁶, R⁷, R', R'', X, R''' and n are defined herein, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof. It has been found that the compound of formula I are adenosine receptor ligands with good affinity to the A₁ and A₃ receptors. These compounds have useful pharmaceutical activities.
