A pusher interlocking unit of an apparatus for folding a lower wing of a box manufacturing machine is provided to improve the smooth horizontal movement by organically combining the cylinder, pulleys, and the wire and by connecting the tension spring absorbing the vibration of the wire. A pusher interlocking unit of an apparatus for folding a lower wing of a box manufacturing machine comprises a cylinder(210) formed with a main pulley(211) formed with two guide grooves(213) combined at the shaft and fixed at one side end of the body; first and second pulleys(220,230) rotatably fixed at the end of both left and right sides of the body and formed with guide grooves(221,231) at the outer peripheral surface; and a wire(240) connecting the pulleys. The wire fixed at the left end of the body winds the main pulley, winds the first and second pulleys, winds the main pulley again, and is fixed at the right end of the body. A clamp block(43) of a forward pusher(50) is fixed at one side of the wire.
