摘要 An information system for managing chemical substance accidents is provided to quickly predict diffusion of harmful materials caused from accidents such as leakage and explosion of harmful chemical materials, and manage the diffusion in a long or short term. A primary diffusion predictor(102) predicts a short-term diffusion range of the chemical material according to a kind and accident model of the chemical material. A meteorological information generator(101) generates a wind field representing a wind direction and intensity according to meteorological information. A secondary diffusion predictor(103) predicts the long-term diffusion range of the chemical material by the wind field and the meteorological information. A GIS(Geographic Information System) processor(104) receives data generated from the first and second diffusion predictor, and displays the data to a map in a screen. A scenario processor(110) makes a countermeasure according to the predicted diffusion range and propagates the countermeasure to the outside.
