METHOD OF FULFILLING INVERSION SIDE ON TUBULAR BILLETS

A method of fulfilling the inversion side on tubular billets includes heating of the end parts of the billets and their subsequent deformation by impression of billets at their axial displacement into the annular recess of rotary tool installed at an angle to the axis of working. Due to the guarantee of cylindrical shape of internal cavity of inversed part during inversion is ensured the excess of quantitative value of the radius of free bend above quantitative value of assigned bending radius directly proportional to the hardness of the cross section of processed section.
