A process of hot repair of refractory laying of coke furnace comprises delivery of dry powder with low melting temperature of binding material to the place of repair, which contents of refractory component, plasticizer and binding material. As refractory component the chamotte powder of the type STM-1 is used. As plasticizer the clay with content thereof in the powder of 15-24 % by weight is used. As binding material the caustic soda with content thereof in the powder of 2-5 % by weight is used. The powder is delivered along the pipeline under pressure to repair point and pressed to cracks, voids or scabbings of the furnace laying, where it is sucked into blowholes of coke laying due to formation of short term rarefication in piers of warmings to 6-12 mm of water column. At that soda reacts with acid laying, buckling and baking, sealing cracks, voids and blowholes.
