| 摘要 |
A method for immobilization of peroxydase involves its binding with cellulose matrix. As cellulose matrix hydrocellulose membrane, pretreated with sodium periodate, is used. Binding is carried out by incubation of mixture of hydrocellulose membrane peroxydase for 18-20 hours. Sodium borohydride is added to the mixture and it is matured for 10-12 hours.
