An engine brake decelerator is provided to lengthen lifespan of an engine and further of a vehicle by reducing load applied to the engine by decelerating driving of the engine using the decelerator, and thereby improve safety when stopping the car on a slippery road. An engine brake decelerator comprises a main body, a crank(11), a disc(12), and a belt. The main body is equipped with a deceleration device therein. The crank is mounted to one side of the main body. The disc is mounted to one side of the crank in a manner that one side thereof corresponds to a front side of the crank. The belt is fastened to the crank and an engine crank. A switch is connected to an accelerator, a brake, and a clutch, and further connected to the engine to decelerate driving of the engine. The deceleration device comprises a spring holding pipe(13), a spring member(16), a connection body(17), a connection ring(18), a spring presser(23), a sloped cam(24), a plurality of pistons(28), a pair of piston supporters(31), and a vacuum chamber(32).
