A dampening and stabilizing coating for inner surfaces of pipelines and for solid bodies at relative motion of the last ones in liquid or gas, arranged as a layer of elastic material. Besides that, the surface of coating that is flown round by flow is made smooth, and the inner surface of the coating is arranged as bosses-depressions alternating in transverse with respect to the flow direction, and the surface of the solid body is arranged as depressions-bosses with respective shape, at that elastic layer and solid body are connected to each other by neighboring surfaces.
