The attraction consists of the vertical stand fastened on the base with the drive and at least one drive arm with the console axes. To the free ends of the console axes, the seats for the passengers are suspended. The axes are cinematically connected with the drive of the arm providing for the additional movements of the seats relative to the vertical and horizontal axes. The design of the attraction provides for at least three operating modes. The first mode is the viewing tower, the second - the free fall tower, the third - the chained merry-go-round with the rest for the participants. The attraction also contains the auxiliary premises for the rest with the bar, the restaurant, etc. The free fall mode is arranged in two stages. The firststage is the stage of the lifting and viewing. The second one is the stage of free fall and the reactive slowdown. In the first stage, at least two electric drives are involved, one of them representing the lifting drive. The device is also equipped with the system of magnetodynamic (reactive) slow-down involved in the second stage. The viewing tower is capable of moving up-down and rotating in the plane perpendicular to the stand.
