A hermetic manhole is provided to improve sealing force of a manhole lid and to facilitate opening and closing of the manhole lid by forming inner and outer vertical combining surfaces of a manhole support and the manhole lid in a slant state. A hermetic manhole comprises a manhole support(100) and a manhole lid(200). Slant parts(110) are formed to the inner and outer combining surfaces of the manhole support and the manhole lid. At least two arc-shaped protruded parts(220) are formed along the periphery of the slant part of the manhole lid and the protruded parts come in contact with the slant part of the manhole support. A vertical part is formed to the upper side of the slant part of the inner peripheral surface of the manhole support and the vertical part is situated near the protruded parts of the manhole lid. |
