Provided is a sporting apparatus for a stationary bicycle by using the principle of leverage, thereby strengthening muscle of a user's upper body by inducing twist motion of the user's waist according to pivot levers. A drive motor(24) is installed on a base frame(10). A post bar(11) is installed on the base frame, and has a seat(13) formed on the post bar. A pair of pedals(21,22) are rotatably engaged on the base frame, and are automatically rotated by a rotation force of the drive motor. A pair of pivoting levers(16,17) are pivotally respectively engaged to upper and lower portions of both sides of the post bar equipped with the seat using the principle of leverage to exercise grips(18,19) with respect to the seat. An exercise converting member changes rotation motion of the drive motor with straight line motion.
