Method for obtaining alternate types of fuel comprises thermal decomposition in the boiler-reactor with discharge of vapor and gas mixture and withdrawing solid residues, condensation of vapor and gas mixture with division into liquid fuel and gas, filtration and discharge of gas to storage units of gasholder type, separation of liquid mixture into fractions in the rectification column with discharge according to types of fuel liquids in the storage capacities, at that the raw stock are seeds ofoil crops, which undergoes thermal destruction in the temperature mode of 35-800 DEGREE C, due to which gas, solid fuel and liquid fuel materials are obtained as components to gasoline and diesel fuel.
